Content strategy has been evolving as a practice within the industry of web development since the late 1990s. Being a relatively new discipline in the world of web governance, content strategy is still making its rounds to those looking to stay afloat of all of the newest best practices, trends and whatever is new. But here in Dallas, you'll be hard-pressed to find many resources about this emerging field.

And that's the purpose of this meetup. Join us as we share our CS knowledge and experiences and learn from yours. This is a group to build the knowledge base of CS in the Dallas area by way of sharing and asking and learning together. It's a way for many like-minded professionals interested in content strategy applies (user experience specialists, web writers, content experts, information architects, graphic designers, account stakeholders, and more) to grow on the same common ground.
